Dr. Freed opened his practice in Auburn, California in 2000 and then a few years later built a facility where he offers cosmetic surgery in an accredited surgery center along with a full-service medical spa. Dr. Jonathan Freed earned his Bachelor of Science in human biology and medical degree from Loma Linda University School of Medicine in 1990.
Dr. Freed spent the next six years training in plastic and reconstructive surgery at Loma Linda University Medical Center.
Dr. Freed is board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.
Dr. Freed is the former chief of plastic surgery at Kaiser Permanente in Portland, Oregon along with serving as a clinical instructor in plastic surgery at Oregon Health Sciences University.
