Ken Urquhart, MD Dr. Urquhart wants to be your first choice for all of your cosmetic, reconstructive, and rejuvenative needs. Dr. Urquhart grew up in Birmingham, Alabama and attended Birmingham Southern College for his undergraduate education. His medical degree was obtained from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He then completed a full five year general surgery residency at The Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, Georgia and subsequently became Board Certified by the American Board of Surgery.

After completing his general surgery residency, he completed a full plastic surgery residency at the University of Tennessee in Chattanooga where he underwent extensive training in not only cosmetic surgery, but surgery of the hand, facial trauma, burns, and major reconstruction.
