Dr. Chugay's technique allows the most natural-looking results to be accompanied by the fastest recovery possible.
He has appeared in the news on multiple occasions, discussing this technique.
Its various elements have been presented to other surgeons at multiple conferences around the world with the hope of teaching others how to produce a better looking face-lift.
Images do not constitute a promise or representation of any particular outcome or experience.
The following revolutionary techniques are included in the Vertical Facelift: the well-known behind-the-ear scar is altogether avoided by making the behind-the-ear cut inside the back of the ear short and extended into the back of the hairline to minimize the scar visualized post-operatively.
Eyelid surgery (Blepharoplasty) corrects drooping upper eyelid skin, tired puffy eyelids, and puffy bags below your eyes - features that may even interfere with your vision, and make you look old and worn out.
Many people seek this type of eyelid surgery as early as in their 20's, 30's and 40's to give them a brighter, more youthful appearance.
Eyelid surgery attacks the excess skin and the subcutaneous fat deposits - the sources of the tired haggard look.
Blepharoplasty can be done alone, or in conjunction with other facial surgery procedures such as a Vertical Facelift procedure, Forehead Lift procedure or Dr. Chugay's Crow's Feet Reduction Procedure to reduce those stubborn wrinkles around your eyes.
A forehead lift or "brow lift" is a procedure that restores a more youthful, refreshed look to the area above the eyes.
The procedure corrects drooping brows and improves the horizontal lines and furrows that can make a person appear angry, sad or tired.
Dr. Chugay utilizes two distinct techniques of forehead lifting: Coronal and Endoscopic.
In the Coronal Forehead Lift, Dr. Chugay begins as he makes an incision starting at or near the ear and running across the top of your head slightly behind your hairline.
The buccal fat pad (fat pad of Bichat) is a deep pocket of fat below the malar eminence (cheek) and behind the buccinator muscle which can produce a more rounded and full face.
Buccal fat pad excision can be performed to improve the definition of the face and narrow an excessively round face.
While the procedure is subtle in its overall result, when performed correctly it can produce a more prominent depression below the cheek region.
Caution must be exercised in removing too much of the fat pad as it can leave for a skeletonized appearance to the face, especially later in life.
