If you've reached your ideal body weight through diet and exercise but you still have an excess of skin and fat in your abdominal area hat will not reduce, we'd like to recommend abdominoplasty - or as it's usually known, a "tummy tuck."
Our procedure involves separating the skin from your abdominal wall after the initial incision has been made from hip to hip.
Then, we bring your abdominal muscles closer together and affix them in place.
Finally, we stretch the skin back down, remove excess skin and make a new spot for your navel.
Excess fat in the arms can be very difficult to get rid of with exercise, and excess skin is even harder to eliminate.
As medical knowledge and technology advances, a brachioplasty, or an arm lift, has become an increasingly popular treatment for this condition.
During an initial consultation, we will go over all your options and explain every phase of the process to help you decide on the best course of action and establish a set of realistic expectations.
A brachioplasty can take as little as a few hours to perform and can be administered on an inpatient or outpatient basis.
The common name for blepharoplasty is eyelid surgery.
It is usually performed on patients who want to look younger and boost their personal self-esteem.
During a blepharoplasty procedure, your doctor will remove fat as well as excess skin and muscle from your eyelids.
Blepharoplasty is generally performed on an outpatient basis using local anesthesia.
Because of the initial bruising associated with the procedure you will probably not want to go back to work for a week to 10 days after surgery.
You will also experience some initial problems with your vision that should disappear in two to three days.
There has been more written, photographed, and discussed about breast augmentation than probably any other medical procedure on the planet.
We have seen our patients gain confidence and a new outlook on life after breast augmentation.
When you come for a consultation, we'll let you feel the different types of implants we use - saline and silicone - and we'll talk you through our gallery of sample photos and before/after pictures, so we can get an idea of exactly what you'd like.
We'll also review your level of fitness for the surgery, and thoroughly discuss your expectations.
Breast augmentations and breast reductions can give the appearance of lifted breasts.
However, there are women who are comfortable with the size of their breasts, but desire a higher placement, or more firmness to their feel.
Other women suffer from poorly placed areolas, which can cause great discomfort and sometimes, an inability to breast-freed properly.
For our patients in this latter category, we highly recommend breast lift surgery.
We perform the procedure on an outpatient basis on women of all ages whose breasts have fully developed.
