How can I schedule a consultation?
Book appointments through our online scheduling tool or call (317)643-1718. A $150 consultation fee applies, which will be credited toward your chosen procedure if scheduled within 30 days.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations require 24-hour notice to avoid a $100 fee. Rescheduling with less than 24-hour notice incurs the same charge. No-shows are subject to full deposit forfeiture plus the $100 fee.
Do you offer financing options?
Currently, we don't list specific financing programs. Patients may use credit cards for deposits and payment, with full payment required before treatment for certain procedures.
